-go by feel, light to moderate

3 sets:
15 banded pull aparts
15 banded face pulls

then….

AMRAP in 16 minutes: (teams of two, alternating movements)
10 Russian kettlebell swings (70lb/53lb)
10 abmat situps
Airdyne (10/8) calories

-Run 400m (together) at 0:00 and 8:00
-continue AMRAP where left off after the second run
