Back Squat, 4 sets of 5-7 reps
-using 65%-70% of your 1-rep max
-for this day of our current strength program, the intensity and volume is supposed to be ‘light’
-stick to the set/rep scheme and percentage without going over 70%


4 rounds for time:
50 double-unders
7 front squat (185lb/125lb)

Core Development:
plank hold, 3 sets of 60 seconds
