AMRAP in 20 minutes: (teams of two, one person working at a time)
10-20-30-40-50-etc…
Row (calories)
alternating lunge
sumo deadlift high pull (95lb/65lb)

Core Development:
weighted plank, 4 sets of 45 seconds
