With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

At noon class with one step 32, 34.5, 36, 38.5, 40, 44, 48, 50.5 we measured these by adding the weight up ie 45lbs=4″, 25lbs=2.5″ ect…
Death: 12rnds + 10PR!!

5 p.m. Brian told me to get on the board it’s a straight jump with no step and you must measure each jump. I did the “50.5″ jump with no step but it actually measures to 49″ Rx
