Skill Work:  Take 15-20 minutes to work on rope climb technique

then….

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
1 rope climb, 15ft ascent
12 overhead walking lunges (45lb/25lb)

Core Development:
Hollow Body Hold, 4 sets of 40 seconds (each set starts every 90 seconds)
30 V-Ups
