The movement for the 5:00pm Skill Workshop today is — Toes-To-Bar
ATTENTION: One of our athletes, Melissa Webb is hosting a yoga session one of our other athletes office, James Island Family Chiropractic, this evening at 6:30pm! The class will be a gentle flow that will challenge all levels-and increase mobility. The office is located at 1939 Maybank Hwy in the Athen’s restaurant plaza, across from Zia’s and the Terrace Theatre. Donation will be $8. Any and all CrossFit Integrity athletes are invited and may bring guests!
