The movement for the 5:00pm Skill Workshop today is — Toes-To-Bar

ATTENTION:  One of our athletes, Melissa Webb is hosting a yoga session one of our other athletes office, James Island Family Chiropractic,  this evening at 6:30pm! The class will be a gentle flow that will challenge all levels-and increase mobility.  The office is located at 1939 Maybank Hwy in the Athen’s restaurant plaza, across from Zia’s and the Terrace Theatre.  Donation will be $8.  Any and all CrossFit Integrity athletes are invited and may bring guests!

Overhead Squat, 3 sets of 8 reps, using bodyweight
-scale to 75% bodyweight (or less), if needed

then….

3 rounds for time:
10 overhead squat (95lb/65lb)
20 slamball (20lb/14lb)

    Heyy guys , I know this is kinda a long shot but has anyone seen/picked up a Nike Fuel Band from the gym on Monday?.. I had it when I walked in, but lost it inbetween then and Monday night.. If you know anything please let me know!- thanks, Lauren Harrison
