3 sets of the following workout.  Each set starts every 10 minutes. (At 0:00, 10:00, 20:00)

For time: (7 minute time cap)
Airdyne 30/24 calories
60 double-unders
20 dumbbell thrusters (45lb/25lb)

-rest for the remaining time of the 10 minutes

Core Development:
side plank hold, 3 sets of 45 seconds
plank hold, 2 sets of 1 minute
