6 sets:
3 front squat
….right into….
6 back squat
-using 85% of front squat 1RM for all working sets

then….

3 sets of:
Row 2 minutes (conversational pace)
20 alternating dumbbell hammer curl
1-leg glute bridge, 10 each leg (pause 1 second at top)
15 banded tricep pushdowns

Core Development:
side plank hold, 3 sets of 30 seconds (each side)
30 seated med ball twists (15 each side)

    5 sets at 215# . . . loosing form on the FS during the 5th round
