Weighted Pullups, 4 sets of 2 at 75%

then….

For time:
40 wallball (20lb/14lb)
30 pushups
40 slamball over shoulder (40lb/30lb)
30 pushups
40 wallball (20lb/14lb)

Core Development:
3 sets of:
24 seated medball twists (12 each side)
15 weighted abmat situps
