Row 300m/250m + 20 wallball (20lb/14lb)
Airdyne 15 calories/12 calorie + 20 push press (95lb/65lb)

Coach:  “How was that workout?”
Athlete:  “That was so terrible and I want more of that.” -Lauren

Core Development:
6 minute alternating tabata….
-athlete’s choice on movements
