Take approximately 30 minutes to practice handstand pushups / handstand pushup progressions


For 15 minutes:
Row (conversational pace)

*at 5:00, 10:00 and 15:00…
one-arm overhead dumbbell walk (70ft), each arm + bear crawl (35ft)
(35ft = length of pullup rig)

Core Development:
6 minute alternating tabata (athlete’s choice)
