Take approximately 30 minutes to practice a skill or two: (keep progressions and practice to 10-15 minutes)
-handstand holds/pushups
-pullups (kipping/butterfly)
-ring dips
-rope climbs


For 15 minutes:
airdyne (conversational pace)

*at 5:00, 10:00 and 15:00…
one-arm overhead dumbbell walk (70ft), each arm + bear crawl (35ft)
(35ft = length of pullup rig)

Core Development:
6 minute alternating tabata (athlete’s choice)
