For time:
100 burpees AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

rest 5 minutes after the last athlete finishes, then…

“Double-Under Ladder”

For time: 5-10-15-20-15-20-35-40-45-50 reps… and back down

In this workout, the clock starts and the athlete completes 5 consecutive double-unders.  The athlete shall rest as much as he/she wishes before starting the 10 consecutive double-unders…..and so on….  Each set is to be performed consecutively or the athlete must start that set over.  Example:  If the athlete misses on the 24th double-under of the set of 25 reps, the athlete must start the set of 25 over.  The goal is to do the ladder (up and down) as fast as you can.  You are to do the set of 50 only ONCE! 

There is a 20 minute cap in place.  Scale down the amount of sets as needed.

    WOD at CrossFit Hollywood, CA

    5 rounds:
    10 thrusters @ 95#
    10 hang power cleans @ 95#
    10 burpees w/ lateral jump

    After each round, rest the same amount of time it took to complete that round..

    Splits#
    Rnd1 – :59
    2 – 1:02
    3 – 1:09
    4 – 1:14
    5 – 1:10

    Rest 10 min, then wod #2 at CF Hollywood

    Squat Cleans 3-3-3-3-3

    Rest 20 min, then wod #3

    For time:
    10 deadlift @ 315#
    50 double-unders
    Run 800m
    5 deadlift @ 315#
    25 double-unders
    Run 400

    6:39 as rx

    Then…………
    Saw Richard Simmons at LAX… Definitely heard him before I saw him.

    I didn’t realize Richard Simmons was still alive…

    8:51 on burpees, wasn’t sure what I could do, but not bad for an old lady with a gimp leg!

    didn’t do DU ladder (trying to heal leg/knee)

    Jeff & I run our 1/2 marathon this weekend! Can’t wait to get a handstand pic at the finish line!

    While 100 burpees sounds appealing (said while shaking head ‘no’), I’m wrecked from the last 3 days! I guess I’ll add that to the Saturday morning list. Now, I’m off to get a massage. Have fun…I’ll think of you while relaxing. (No I won’t.) 🙂

    Felt bad at the start of the workout.. Felt worse at the end. That was miserable. Need a lot of work on DUs.

    DUs – 5 – 10 – 15F – 15F – 15F -15F – 15F – 15PR!!!! – 20F – 20F – 20F – 20F – 20F – it was like 18, 18, 16, 19, 18, 17, 18 etc. FML.
