11 hang clean (95/65)
9 front squat (95/65)
7 pushups
5 pullups
13 burpees
39 double-unders

-at 6:30 and 17:00…. Run 400m + Bike (0.8/0.7) miles
-continue where left off on AMRAP after the run and bike
