12 banded pull apart
15 butterflies

then….

For time:
20 overhead squat (95/65)
15 overhead squat (125/85)
10 overhead squat (155/105)
5 overhead squat (185/125)

Core Development:
side plank hold, 3 sets of 40 seconds (each side)
