For time:

30 Curtis P’s

30 pullups

30 back squats

Men use 55% body weight and women use 45% body weight for both, the Curtis P’s and Back Squats.

The “Curtis P” is a great combination full body movement…. It starts with a hang squat clean, (keep the bar in the rack position), lunge with one leg, lunge with the other leg (this is NOT a walking lunge), then finish with a push press… that is one rep!

18:08 (I think) BB for pull ups, 105lbs. I feel guilty that I didn’t do 55% but that would have been 160 and I ain’t that strong yet.

70 lbs, used green band for pullups.

I rested a lot between the Curtis P’s. The weight got heavy really fast coming up from the squat and on the lunges
