In teams of two, complete the following for time:
90 partner situps with med ball (20lb/10lb)
80 kettlebell swings (53lb/35lb)
70 hang cleans (95lb/65lb)
Run 400m
walking lunge, 50m
leap frog, 50m
Run 400m
walking lunge, 50m
leap frog, 50m
70 hang cleans (95lb/65lb)
80 kettlebell swings (53lb/35lb)
90 partner situps with med ball (20lb/10lb)

    Was on my way in and stooped to help a work associate I saw broken downtown. Told him that is what all crossfitters di for each other. I did bikram early this morning and will get some running and lifting later. Happy thanksgiving CFI family.

    Very pissed I haven’t been able to WOD all week because of my neck, but I hope to see everyone Saturday morning! Gotta work off that stuffing and pie somehow….
