    19+15 pr by 1 rd. For me, it was my slow squats, but that helped my works rest and catch my air…
    Debbie 15 rds +… Reps. She dosent keep score, so I will try on named wods like this…

    max reps hang clean @ 155# in 1 min: 18

    And thanks to the 4 PM class for yelling! It definitely helps at the end of the AMRAP to know how much time is left when you’re struggling through pushups!
