Run 800 meters
“Pistol” is one-legged squat with Kettlebell or dumbbell. Use 1 1/2 pood Kettlebell for males or 50 pound dumbbell and 1 pood Kettlebell for females or 35 pound dumbell  for pistols.  Scale weight accordingly.

    I did 1000 meter row and walking weighted lunches instead of Pistols ( 18:??)

    Second time: 20pnd weight over head walking lunges/ GHD situps/ 1000 meter row

    loved “coaching” Brian and Chris….an extra push is always good, and glad I can be there to help :)

    Same WOD as Chris, not sure if I will ever do one of his WODs again.. 2.5 hours later and I am still sweating from of my forehead. Thanks for the extra push at the end Amanda. Nice job everyone! See you all after my trip to Pburgh for the Brownies/Steelers game in the SNOW!!!! Keep at it!

    I did Cindy because the knee still cannot do some movements. Anyway I did 12 rounds plus 5 pullups with BB. One better than my last Cindy WOD.
