6 1-arm kettlebell side windmill (each arm)
12 side lying clam raise (each side)

then….

AMRAP in 14 minutes: (teams of two, alternating rounds)
Row 10/8 calories
8 hang power snatch (95lb/65lb)
-goal is to stay unbroken on barbell

Core Development:
plank hold, 3 minutes (cumulative)
