    Hope Coach Kevin doesn’t post this WOD for a looooong time… HSPU’s are tough, especially 45 of them. We all know what we need to practice! Great effort by all.

    8 something blue band and I would hardly call my handstand pushups pushups because I barely bent my elbows but ill keep trying!
