10 Bulgarian split squats (each leg)
12 sumo good morning (using 30-40% of back squat 1RM)


Alternating EMOM 15 minutes:
15 wallball (20lb/14lb)
15 kettlebell swings (53lb/35lb
Airdyne Sprint, 30 seconds

Core Development:
side plank rotations, 3 sets of 10 (each side)
hollow body hold, 3 sets of 20 seconds
