With a running clock…

(Part A)….For time: (time cap, 10 minutes)
airdyne, 100 calories

then….At 12:00….

(Part B)….“Death By Burpees”

With a continuously running clock do one burpee the first minute, two burpees the second minute, three burpees the third minute… continuing as long as you are able, when you cannot complete the number of burpees for that minute/round. Number of TOTAL burpees is your score. Make sure to add the burpees completed during your final minute to your previous minute totals. This is also WOD-board applicable. The breakdown for cumulative number of burpees each minute is as follows:
