Our CFI shirts and tank tops are being delivered today!  They will go quick as many people have been asking about them for a while.  They will be available this evening.

5 rounds for time: (30 minute time cap)
15 deadlift (225lb/135lb)
20 box jumps (24in/19in)
25 pullups

Scale reps/weight/rounds as needed.  There is a 30 minute cap in place.

Marine Corps Sgt. Michael C. Roy, 25, of North Fort Myers, Fla., assigned to the 3rd Marine Special Operations Battalion, Marine Special Operations Advisor Group, Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command at Camp Lejeune, was killed in action on July 8th, 2009 in Nimroz Province, Afghanistan, while supporting combat operations. He is survived by his wife Amy and three children, Michael, Landon and Olivia.

    22:40/95# jpu

    scaled DL weight and had to do jumping pull ups because my hand is still mending from RJ on Saturday (not that I could have Rxd anyway). But, on the plus side I was able to work on endurance and did all my box jumps, so I am happy!

    Great job Mindy! I am sure you will be force to reckon with!

    This workout is a beast… Did it about 2 1/2 weeks ago and barely finished.

    My first DNF…oh well…it’s just motivation.
    Also did 100 abmat situps, 50 GHD hip extensions, and 4 min tabata handstands

    3 rds @ Rx and first 2 sets of pullups with pb, 3rd set of pullups with gb, ripped my hand open…oooouuuch! Last 3 sets of dl’s at 90#, did all box jumps, but DNF on the pullups….boo!!!!! Are these workouts getting harder or am I getting crappier?

    Hhmmm…just read my post. VERY confusing. Here goes again:

    PU’s X 2 rds pb, one round with gb

    Box Jumps: Rx

    Still DNF on the pullups!!!! :(

    4 rds + 16pu @ 30min mark, Rx (DNF #1 for me!)
    This WOD will drive me to grow stronger the next time we are due for another ass kicking
    This was I believe my hardest WOD since i joined 3 months ago!!!
    4 torn caluses and blood on my sweat towels….

    WOW…totally thought I’d be able to finish this workout. I’ll blame it on the heat…yes, it was the heat.

    DNF, 4 rounds + 15 dead lifts + 5 box ‘jumps’
    Why does the box jump terrify me?

    DNF 4 rnds in 33:25…It would have probably taken close to 45mins to complete this.
