Weighted Strict Pullup, 5-6 sets of 3
-or any other pullup modification, 4-5 sets of 6-8

For time: (time cap, 18 minutes)
100 thrusters (95lb/65lb)
-perform 5 burpees at the start of each minute
-begin the workout (at 0:00) with 5 burpees

Core Development:
deadbug, 3 sets of 20 (10 each side)
40 tuck crunch
40 hollow body rock

    Practiced negatives: slow descent from jumping pullups. About 12 singles
    Then 4 sets of 5 ring rows
    WOD: 95 modified (did 48 at #45, then the rest at #35)
    Core work
