In Honor of Seal Team 6

Today’s WOD goes out to the 2011 tragedy in Afghanistan. Thoughts and prayers remain with all of the families involved. According to reports, here are the numbers of the lives lost in the helicopter crash:

22 Navy Seals from Seal Team 6
25 total Navy Seals
30 American service members
31 total Americans (service members plus one civilian interpreter)
38 individuals involved
39 total individuals plus one canine

For time:
Run 800m
22 toes-to-bar
25 pushups
30 air squats
31 pullups
38 burpees
39 slamball (30lb/20lb)
Run 800m
