minute 1: 20-30 double-unders
minute 2: 8-12 toes-t0-bar
minute 3: 8-12 handstand pushups / box HSPU / handstand hold, 15-20 seconds
minute 4: airdyne, 12/9 calories
minute 5: rest

-modify as needed
