Warmup Primer

AMRAP 5 minutes:
10 toe touch + jumping jacks
5 pushups
10 air squats
5 beat swings


Alternating EMOM in 8 minutes:
odd: handstand hold, 20-40 seconds
even: deadhang (pullup bar), 20-40 seconds


5 sets of:
Airdyne, 1:15 (max calories)
-rest 45 seconds
double-unders, 45 seconds (max reps)
-rest 1:15

Post calories and reps per round
