    16:36/53# last 30 pushups I did on my toes…I should have done them all that way, and Coach Alana told me to at the beginning, but I didn’t. I shall not let her down again!

    22:32 at 95# Definitely felt the lungs on that one and probably not the best after the 50 pull ups/ 100 push ups/ 200 abmat sit ups. Oh well, next time.

    135, 160, 175 Rx PR by default first time doing this. I’ve done hang squat cleans before for a strength WOD but not squat cleans.

    27:01 Rx…Great job 5pm class. I couldn’t have done it with out you guys. Thanks 6pm class for cheering us on! There isn’t a better bunch of people I’d rather work out with!
