Welcome to the 2013 CrossFit Games Season

The 2013 CrossFit Games Open begins on March 6th.  Registration for the Open begins tomorrow, January 30th. Individual athletes will compete both on a worldwide scale and also to qualify regionally for the semi-final round – The Regionals.  Athletes may complete each workout at their local CrossFit affiliate.

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 push press (115lb/85lb)
10 kettlebell swings (53lb/35lb)
10 box jumps (24lb/19lb)

Core Development:
40 GHD situps
40 GHD hip extensions

    RX JUMP ROPES…

    For those of you interested, the discount will be 10% which makes the basic rope $31.50 And the replacement cable $7.20. Add 2 or 3 bucks shipping depending on how many ppl order. I am looking to place the order on Friday so try and let me know before then/ bring the corresponding amount of money into the gym by then ( preferably cash). Email me your orders @ edmundsmark08@gmail.com. I suggest that you get with one of the coaches and measure out the exact length of rope you will need, as I followed the standard height plus 3 feet as it states on their website and my rope was too short!
