Wednesday, July 4th Schedule of Classes:
10:00am – Group Class
3:00pm – Group Class
4:30pm – Olympic Lifting

15 sets of:
3 push press, using 70-80% of your 1-rep max
6-10 pushups (stay within the target range throughout all sets)
-the bar starts from the ground
-each set starts on the minute

Compare to 5/4/12

Core Development:
8 minute alternating tabata:
-bicycle, with elbow to opposite knee
-abmat situps

Post loads + total pushups to comments
