Our CrossFit Integrity t-shirts and tank tops have been ordered.  There will be three designs printed on four colors of American Apparel 50/25/25 unisex t-shirts and two designs be printed on three colors of tank tops.  They should be available within the next two weeks.  Pick up a CrossFit Integrity sticker in the meantime that are hot off the press.  This is not one of our new shirt designs.

For this WOD, split up into multiple heats and count reps.  Go as fast as you can!  Compare to 11/24/09.
