24 alternating dumbbell front raise (12 each side)


3 sets:
1-arm dumbbell high pull, 12 reps (each arm)
15 butterflies
10 banded pull aparts (pause 3 seconds)


3 sets of:
Row 90, max calories in 90 seconds
-rest 30 seconds
Bike, max calories in 90 seconds
-rest 30 seconds
burpees, max reps in 1 minute
-rest 1 minute
