Front Squat, take 12 minutes to work up to a heavy triple


Front Squat, 2 sets of 5 at 75% of heavy triple


For time: (time cap, 15 minutes)
20 wallball (20lb/14lb)
15 power clean (135lb/95lb)
10 handstand pushups
30 wallball (20lb/14lb)
15 power clean (135lb/95lb)
20 handstand pushups
40 wallball (20lb/14lb)
15 power clean (135lb/95lb)
30 handstand pushups

Core Development:
side plank hold, 3 sets of 45 seconds (each side)
Russian twists, 3 sets of 30 (15 each side)
