8 sets of:
4 power clean, using 65-75% of your 1-rep max of clean
8 kettlebell swings (70lb/53lb)
-each sets starts every 90 seconds

then….

“Death by Clean & Jerk”

With a continuously running clock do one Clean & Jerk the first minute, two Clean & Jerks the second minute, three Clean & Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.  Men use 135lb, women use 95lb.

    4 sets of ring holds 5 sec, several sets of 5 ring dips with skinny purple band. 3 sets ring rows. 3 sets of 20 sec. Hand stand hold.
