    7:42/53# I’ve done cleans at a higher weight, but my shoulders ache, so I had to back down. :(

    75-105-115(f) just couldn’t get below 90 on the last 3. Not my best performance, I have a feeling it’s going to be a tough week for me.

    I meant to put the full 75# and just wasn’t paying attention. 65# was way to easy! The burpees are another story……
