    95-115-135-135-165/ 110# @ 5:47 w/ some step ups (pathetic) but my legs were done!! (& then did a 45 minute spin class afterwards… perfect finish to that workout).

    225-295-315-355(F)-335-345(F) 30 lbs off PR. Not happy.

    220lbs – 5:26. Though they didn’t have any 24″ boxes at the base gym so I had to use a bench. I’m so not metal.

    Anyway, great job 6′o’clock class! I’m halfway across the country, but I just wanted to say that. Also, I have a feeling you guys rocked it. But mostly the first thing.

    Thanks to 7pm crew for the pushes. Got the 505 up to my knees but man that is a lot of weight lol. I’ll get it next time.

    65% of 455 = 295, I got through 2 rds and tweaked my back so I stopped. Will finish out later this week.

    Great job to the 8pm class! All of you did most excellent!
