    Opted out and did Helen. 3 rounds 16.33 plus 16 minute run. I think that is a PR for me on my Helen time. Lots of running for me lately.

    South Beach WOD This hotel has free weights! I had only 25 mins before check out to squeeze in a WOD and shower so…

    Deadhang pullups,KBS,air squat

    13:13 my wrist is feeling slightly better still not very flexible. Hurts like crazy to kip.
