2012 October 23

One Night Stand, hosted by CrossFit Integrity — This CrossFit event will be a one-evening/night competition held at CrossFit Integrity in Charleston, South Carolina on December 8, 2012.

The competitive divisions will be co-ed (one female/one male) — teams of two (Rx, Scaled).  The start time will begin around 4pm on December 8th ending around 2am on Sunday, December 9th.  This event will be capped at 72 teams. 

There will be three WODs for all teams with a final WOD for the top six Rx teams.

Grab your partner and let’s see who finishes on top!

-pushups
-flutter kicks
-abmat situps
