“Fight Gone Bad”
Three rounds of:
wallball (20lb/10lb) – reps
sumo deadlift high-pull (75lb/53lb) – reps
box jump (19″ box) – reps
push press (75lb/53lb) – reps
row – calories
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

This is just one of those times that I just get so effin mad at myself. I really felt like I pushed myself hard. Obviously, not hard enough! Not only did I NOT reach my goal of 300, I didn’t score as high as the last time we did FGB.
