Hollow Body Hold, 3 sets of 25 seconds
Hollow Body Rock, 3 sets of 20 seconds
Arch Body Hold, 3 sets of 25 seconds
Arch Body Rock, 3 sets of 20 seconds
Tuck Crunch, 3 sets of 8 reps

then….

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
7 hang clean (155lb/105lb)…. scale as needed
21 double unders
Run 200m

    WOD 4+3 135# finished round 4 with abt 2 minutes to go and failed on the clean 3 or 4 times after I got the 3rd one.
