Push Jerk, Take 20 minutes to work up to a heavy single or find a new 1-rep max

then….

For 10 minutes:
Run 800m
30 burpees
Max rep shoulder-to-overhead in remaining time (135lb/95lb)

*no dropping bar from overhead, may drop from hips/thighs

Core Development:
30 GHD situps
30 GHD hip extensions

Post loads and reps to comments

    PJ: 225#. Failed to fully stand up on 245# but I did lock out my elbows.
