Run 400m
We will be performing this WOD outside. This is a team WOD where each member of the team must complete their reps before the rest of the team moves to their next station. The run is the last exercise of each round and must be complete as a team by all members of the team. Push hard and push your team members to complete this WOD the quickest. Post overall team time to comments.
