Barbell (Snatch) Complex

4 sets: (each set starts every 1:30)
1 snatch grip deadlift
2 hang snatch high pull (from knees)
1 hang snatch (from knees)
2 overhead squats

-rest 1:30, then….

4 sets: (each set starts every 1:30)
1 snatch grip deadlift
1 hang snatch high pull (from knees)
2 hang snatch (from knees)
1 overhead squat

then….

For time: (time cap, 12 minutes)
Run 400m
40 air squats
Run 400m
30 deadlift (185lb/125lb)
Run 400m
20 bar facing burpees
