6:00pm Skills Workshop Movement – ring accessory work (front lever tuck, false grip hold, etc)

Deadlift, 5 sets of 2 at 75%
Back Squat, 5 sets of 3 at 75%

then….

AMRAP in 7 minutes:
30 double-unders
10 burpees

Core Development:
GHD hip extensions, 3 sets of 15

Post loads and rounds/reps to comments
