Our 6:00pm Olympic Lifting class each Wednesday is designed to provide in depth instruction on the various squats, presses, and olympic lifts. Light weight is used throughout the class for you to learn and fine tune the basics of these movements.  This class is for everyone and is HIGHLY recommended.

Today’s class will cover the Overhead Squat.

For time:
30 ring dips, 4 burpees
25 ring dips, 8 burpees
20 ring dips, 12 burpees
15 ring dips, 16 burpees
10 ring dips, 20 burpees

    12:17/bb PR, by over 1 1/2 minutes…I think it’s time for more of a challenge in my dips

    50 abmats, my hands needed a rest from all the pull up practice. I might be able to make it to the lift class tonight! 3 visits to the gym in one day…

    21:22. 1st round 5 dips on GHD. Rest were red band on GHD. 3rd, 4th, and 5th rounds red band ring dips.
