Movement Practice
-single arm overhead dumbbell alternating lunge, 2 sets of 12 (6 each side)

then….

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
8 handstand pushups (sub barbell push press)
12 single arm overhead dumbbell alternating lunge, 6 each side (45lb/25lb)
airdyne/row, 16 calories (alternate each round)

Core Development:
4 sets:
hollow body hold, 15 seconds
12 hollow body rock
9 tuck crunch
6 v-ups
-rest 1 minute between sets
