Skill:  handstand pushups

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
12 overhead squats (95lb/65lb)
10 toes-to-bar
8 handstand pushups

*modify HSPU to HSPU variations/progressions or DB push press

Core Development:
side plank hold, 3 sets of 40 seconds (each side)
