my new year’s resolution is keeping track of all my times, weights, etc in my new journal!
sooooo, after checking my journal, my weights were..
Front Squats, 85-95-105-110F-110-115F
Back Squats, 1 set of 20 using 90lbs (had to break twice throughout)

also tweaked my back on the first set of front squats re-racking the weight. Started with the rack to high and the strain of gettin up on my tippy toes and rackin pulled a muscle under my right shoulder blade. Will get a new PR for sure next time.
