Not sure if it is weak shoulders, core, lack of flexibility or a combination of all but I have the hardest time with the OHS. It was only my second time doing them. The first time was the Air Force WOD and my form really sucked!

I am thinking I should have gone heavier on my weight based on my time and the fact that I did not put the bar down during any of my rounds.

8:33 with45lbs…..yes I know I could have Rxed, BUT my form gets sloppy on the OHS. I “feel like” I break 90, but as I get fatigued I don’t. I did do 30 extra OHS after I was done (without rest) and went as deep as I possibly could go.
